DIGITIZING

To Digitize is to “convert (pictures or sound) into a digital form that can be processed by a computer.” I take your Analog “Video Home System” or VHS recordings from cassette tapes and transfer them on to the computer by converting them into a video file.

CONVERSION

The initial file conversion of the video is into a .mov file, playable on Apple’s QuickTime, Windows Media Player and some other platform programs. Copying the analog video’s original aspect ratio dimensions, video and audio quality. After that, we can convert them into a more compressed file format such as .mp4, or .mpeg. Converting the video can also compress the file to a smaller size maintaining its quality. If the audio recording of the video is in single channel mono (L), we can convert it to play out as stereo (L)&(R) if desired.

Photos

Videos is not all that we digitize. Moments & Memories before our smart phones now, were also analog. Remember when you had to turn in that disposable camera and wait for your prints? Well, now you can have those prints on your portable drive, phone and/ or computer too. Sit back and relax. Bring us your old prints and save yourself from the tedious process.
